This seasonal role is for a Forklift Operator at the Indy North facility, with an 11:30am start time. Requirements

Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
6+ months previous order picker or turret experience
Ability to work at heights of 20ft or more
Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop, and lift 50lbs throughout 8 to 10-hour shift
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership

Responsibilities

Safely operate an order picker or turret to perform inventory consolidation tasks
Organize and stow products in the correct location within the facility
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed
Other duties on or off the forklift equipment as assigned to support business needs
Adherence to all safety policies – steel toes required
