About The Position

The Seasonal Field Service Helper plays a key role in assisting with the seasoned field tech with installation and repairs for automatic pool covers. Position Essential Functions and Responsibilities: To be successful in this role, the individual must perform the following essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Essential Functions: Assist in diagnosing and repairing automatic pool cover systems, addressing issues as indicated on service requests. Gather the necessary tools and equipment in preparation for each service job. Help in completing service documentation accurately, including recording all work performed and parts/components used. Provide professional, courteous service to customers always, ensuring a positive experience. Secondary Functions: Aid in ensuring the company vehicle is stocked with necessary parts and tools for the day’s service jobs. Help in maintaining a clean and organized service vehicle and work area. Other duties as assigned. This position may require occasional overnight travel, depending on project or business needs. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to assist in diagnosing and solving complex mechanical issues.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, organize work, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work extra hours beyond a typical workday and weekends when necessary.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, crawl, and move frequently throughout the workday.
• Must have the ability to see, distinguish colors, and read reports and documentation.
• Ability to hear clearly and use fingers to operate tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and push or pull up to 150 pounds.
• This position requires regular exposure to outdoor environments, varying temperatures, dirt/dust, noise, fumes/odors, and moving machinery and equipment.
