About The Position
Kohler Co. is seeking dynamic, dedicated temporary manufacturing associates for a seasonal opportunity in Kohler, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for college students and high school graduates entering college in the fall, offering a competitive wage to support their education. Individuals hired will be assigned to a production or service department to gain necessary skills. The position is available for Summer 2026 and often requires weekend work and/or mandatory overtime, specifically on 2nd Shift. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with or around moving mechanical parts.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age on or before start date in 2026
- Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes
- Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
- Reliable attendance and work performance
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate interest in learning about manufacturing processes and cutting-edge technology
- Assist in the production of items people use every day
- Assist in the operation of manufacturing machinery, material handling equipment and other duties as assigned
