About The Position

The Seasonal Events Houseperson at Sage Lodge is responsible for setting tables with chinaware, glass, silver, and linens, clearing tables as necessary, and setting up buffets as needed. The role involves serving food and beverages to guests while providing quality customer service. The Houseperson ensures a safe work environment by reporting unsafe conditions and equipment and follows up on guest requests immediately or seeks assistance from supervisors.

Requirements

• Prior experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Necessary State Food Handler's License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s).
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Set tables with chinaware, glass, silver, and linens.
• Clear tables as necessary and set up buffets as needed.
• Serve food and beverage to guests and provide quality customer service.
• Ensure a safe work environment by reporting unsafe conditions and equipment.
