About The Position

Event Staff at EchoPark Speedway play an integral role in working with all departments to fulfill our mission of:

Event Staff will work under the direction of the Events/Operations Managers, Ticketing, Sales Department

Requirements

• Ability to lift 25+lbs
• Flexible schedule (mostly weekends/nights)
• Positive attitude with a willingness to work as a team
• Professional appearance
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outside for extended periods of time (extreme weather conditions included)
• Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Guest Services Event Staff
• Greet guests and resolve complaints
• Create a safe and positive environment
• Reporting issues to management as necessary
• Tram Event Staff
• Greet guests and provide direction
• Maintain safety for all riders
• Reporting issues to management as necessary
• Suite Hostess
• Ticket Event Staff
