Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Successful completion of a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test is required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in customer service or event management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and direct traffic coming in and out of the venue.
• Provide a friendly and personal greeting to guests as they arrive.
• Offer helpful directions and suggestions to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas.
