This is something that the vast majority of taxpayers don’t receive from DIY or other assisted providers. We take pride in that.

Requirements

• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions and math.
• PTIN Certification (assistance provided).

Nice To Haves

• No college diploma required.
• Fresh out of school or new to the workforce.
• Gaps in work history are acceptable.
• Retired, Veteran, or military personnel transitioning from service.
• Interest in learning a new career in the tax industry.

Responsibilities

• Providing guidance to clients on tax-related matters.
• Explaining tax processes and requirements to clients.
• Preparing and completing accurate tax-related forms for clients, including multiyear, multistate, and year-end tax forms.
