About The Position
As Assistant Local Manager, you will work alongside our Local Manager as you lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals. You will promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Local Manager with preparations for the opening day, which involves hiring completion, inventories, equipment setup/testing, staff scheduling and training, and learning proper opening/closing procedures. You will also take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home, although photography experience is not required. Additionally, you will address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery. Leading by example, you will reinforce policies and procedures established by senior management, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training, and recruiting. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
