About The Position

As a Seasonal Early Morning Stocker, you will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping our store, and help them find what they're looking for. Your role will include ensuring all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience, completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, and maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. You will also help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions, while executing cash handling to standards. Additionally, you will engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, complete enrollments, and educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. Your responsibilities will also include participating in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, and supporting shrink and safety programs. You will adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements, while projecting a positive image and serving as a role model for other Team Members.

Requirements

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
