Job Summary

Deliver items by preparing, loading, unloading, operating, and cleaning a truck; developing and assisting sales; and maintaining records. This seasonal role is slated to last from April through October.

Requirements

• Driver's license required (non CDL)
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds of inventory required.
• 2+ years of driver experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare truck for operation by inspecting general condition; checking fluid levels and tire pressure; obtaining or scheduling required repairs; and validating adherence to road-ability standards.
• Load truck by ordering, placing and securing items.
• Deliver items by identifying destinations; establishing routes; operating the truck; unloading items; and maintaining schedule.
• Obtain payment by accepting cash or checks.
• Maintain safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organizational operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations; clean truck exterior and interior.
• Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Hours can range Monday-Friday with occasional OT. Saturday work possible.
