About The Position

The Seasonal Digital Services Specialist provides internal operational support to the Digital Services team during peak volume periods. This entry-level position focuses on routine administrative tasks, documentation, monitoring, and support coordination tasks related to Mazuma’s digital banking platforms. This role does not own digital products or systems but supports the Digital Services Administrator and Digital Services Analyst by ensuring foundational tasks are completed accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Required Experience: 0 – 1 year of similar or related experience.
  • Required Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • General awareness of desktop support best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Experience: Customer service or administrative support experience.
  • Basic familiarity with online and mobile banking platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Internal Digital Support Provide first-level internal support to Contact Center and Community Banking & Operations teams regarding digital banking tools and navigation.
  • Assist with internal password reset requests and basic troubleshooting under established procedures.
  • Document and track internal support requests to identify recurring issues.
  • Escalate technical or complex matters to the Digital Services Administrator or Analyst.
  • Monitor internal ticket queues to ensure timely routing and follow-up.
  • Assist with routine system checks and validation tasks as assigned.
  • Support user access reviews and basic system maintenance activities under supervision.
  • Operational & Administrative Support Maintain and update internal procedures, job aids, and knowledge base documentation.
  • Assist with compiling reports, basic system metrics, and performance tracking.
  • Support testing activities for minor system updates or enhancements under direct guidance.
  • Perform data entry and quality checks related to digital service configurations.
  • Assist with seasonal projects, digital campaigns, and internal rollout support.
  • Help organize documentation and audit preparation materials as directed.
