About The Position
SUMMER SEASONAL DELIVERY HELPER HOME IN THE VALPARAISO AREA FOR THE SUMMER AND LOOKING FOR SUMMER WORK? NOW TAKING APPLICATIONS AND SCHEDULING INTERVIEWS FOR SUMMER SEASONAL POSITIONS! $17.00/hour Tuesday through Friday (some Mondays as needed) Position starts in early May A Seasonal Driver Helper assists the Delivery Driver with the delivery of our products to customer accounts and other duties as assigned by the Delivery Driver. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass a pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check
- Able to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Available to work from 6 am to 5 pm
- Must meet the Delivery System appearance and requirements for dress code and be able to conduct oneself professionally in the market
- Ability to lift 160 lbs. from the ground level.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. above head level
- Ability to twist, turn, bend, squat, and reach repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to sit or stand for an extended period of time.
- Works in a safe manner, and follows proper lifting procedures.
