We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Seasonal Data & Shipping Associate to support our Peoria Watch Repair facility during peak seasonal volume. This role focuses on accurate data entry, order verification, and shipping coordination to ensure repaired watches are returned correctly, securely, and on time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Peoria facility.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Clear communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Comfortable handling high-value items with care and discretion.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in shipping, logistics, manufacturing support, or repair environments.
- Familiarity with shipping systems and carrier platforms.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update repair order data accurately in internal systems.
- Verify watch repair details, serial numbers, and customer information.
- Ensure work orders match repair tickets and shipping documentation.
- Package repaired watches according to security and quality standards.
- Generate shipping labels, tracking numbers, and required documentation.
- Coordinate daily outbound shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
- Confirm repairs are completed and approved before shipment.
- Provide order status updates as needed.
- Assist with inbound shipments during peak volume.
