About The Position

Seasonal hiring! No experience necessary! Do you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and helping people have a positive experience throughout their day? If you’re adaptable, service-minded, and take pride in supporting customers at different moments of their journey, join the Avis Budget Group team at our airport locations during our peak season. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same—and where your flexibility and customer service skills make a real impact. This is a seasonal position supporting our peak season from June 17 through September 9, 2025. A seasonal role is a great way to get started at Avis Budget Group and may lead to future opportunities beyond the peak season.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• A customer-first mindset and willingness to help others
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Nice To Haves

• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout different parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots.
• Checking vehicles
• Entering information into a handheld device
• Processing rentals for loyalty customers
• Assisting customers at exit gates
• Checking vehicles in at return.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.
