As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help create the magic behind the scenes as you strive to resolve customer concerns and deliver exceptional guest service. In this role, strong communication and time management skills are essential when resolving common customer concerns in a timely manner. Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work during "peak" retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • At least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Comfortable learning how to use call center equipment and becoming familiar with software programs
  • Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and successfully resolve any concerns through phone call, email, and/or live chat
  • Uphold company service standards to ensure every customer has a positive guest experience
  • Handle all customer concerns efficiently, professionally, and with care
  • Perform according to company standards for accuracy, hold time, and other departmental goals as assigned
  • Record all calls and follow proper protocol using company software
  • Become proficient in determining customer needs and presenting appropriate resolution to solve common issues
  • Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • All other tasks as assigned
