About The Position

The Seasonal Customer Service Representative role is a full-time position focused on providing exceptional customer service during the busy rental season from December 1, 2024, to April 30, 2025. The representative will assist customers with the rental process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience while addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience required.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be willing to accept $16.50/hour.
  • Availability to work the specified schedule apart from religious observations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various administrative/data entry functions such as assigning incoming files and processing invoices.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting rental branches with their needs over the phone, including reservation needs and coverage verification.
  • Provide information and resolution for customers, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and rental branches.
  • Manage outgoing calls for rental management for customers, insurance companies, repair shops, and dealerships.
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup job-related duties as assigned.
  • Notify management of process concerns as needed.
