About The Position

We're getting ready for the Christmas rush! Our Seasonal Customer Relations Specialist team plays a key role in spreading holiday cheer by delivering exceptional service to our customers. If you love helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. We will begin hiring for our peak season in September, with training classes starting September 8th and continuing every two weeks. Submit your application now to express your interest. Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer tools
  • Willingness to work overtime during the peak holiday season

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve service and billing issues with professionalism and care
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, and promotions
  • Troubleshoot order issues, process returns, and post customer feedback
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting creativity and joy
