Requirements

  • Previous line cook or station experience (strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle high-volume service
  • Comfort working evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and executing high-quality dishes with consistency and precision
  • Working hot line, grill, sauté, pantry, or garde manger stations
  • Assisting with banquet and event execution
  • Maintaining mise en place and station organization
  • Following recipes, plating standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Supporting teammates during peak service
  • Upholding cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
