Requirements

You are energetic, inspiring and adventurous
You are genuine, friendly and reliable
You are caring, and enjoy going above and beyond
You have a minimum of one year of golf course services experience, or experience in the golf industry
You have a solid understanding of the game of golf and golf industry knowledge
You have exceptional customer service, communication, and motivational skills
You show a commitment to personalized service and stellar attention to detail, and are able to coach and guide other team members on these skills
You enjoy striking up conversations and meeting new people
You have a valid driver's license
You have a flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
You love to have fun while you’re at work!

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to all Tetherow members and guests to ensure an extraordinary golf experience
Clean, stage, and maintain the golf transportation fleet
Set up and break down the golf course range and practice areas
Assist members and guests with their golf bags
Represent yourself and the resort in a professional manner at all times
