About The Position

InterHealth is currently hiring for 13-week contracts with significantly higher base pay and benefits for purchase. We offer opportunities that will allow our seasonal contractors to consider full-time or part-time conversions but also be eligible for contract extensions depending on the team’s coverage. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the specific division being hired into and deemed competent to work independently. Extensions may be an option, as well as, transition into a full-time role.

Requirements

• FL RN license
• Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's preferred
• BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications through ARC or AHA
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the specific division being hired into

Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care
• Assists physicians during examinations and procedures
• Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse
• Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
