About The Position

Responsible for sorting, reviewing, and processing all guest feedback and metrics on the comment cards that have been received upon tour completion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and previous demonstrated success in working in a response based customer services environment
  • Demonstrated proficiencies in various computer applications
  • Demonstrated success in the processing and response of volumes of data
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Accurate and timely processing of all guest comment cards received after the completion of client tours
  • Must continuously meet/exceed assigned business goals

Responsibilities

  • Enter all guest comment card feedback received from individual tours in accordance with established company guidelines in a timely manner.
  • Sort and analyze guest comments and choose appropriate supplier category into which feedback will be entered and thenshared with both colleagues and outside partners
  • Identify comment cards that require personalized response and/or office intervention based on guest feedback and insertappropriate verbiage based on company guidelines
  • Provide professional written response aligned with guest feedback
  • Establishes a collaborative role working with colleagues within our Global Operations Department in order to analyze guest feedback and identify correct supplier
  • Must perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
