About The Position
Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is hiring Seasonal Nursing Assistants (Clinical Associates) who are dedicated to making a positive impact in healthcare. In this role, under the guidance of our nursing staff, you will perform essential procedures to ensure the care, comfort, and safety of patients. Your contributions will directly influence the quality of care and patient satisfaction by addressing both their physical and emotional needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Must meet one of the following criteria: Certified Nursing Assistant Nursing student who has completed one medical-surgical clinical rotation Three months of clinical care experience Graduate of Winchester Hospital’s Nursing Assistant Program
- Be available to work full-time (32-40 hours/week) during the summer and college breaks, including alternating weekends
- Be flexible with shifts (days/evenings/nights)
- Be able to work one major holiday in the summer and one during winter breaks
- Communicate effectively in English with patients, visitors, and team members for safety and quality reasons
