Seasonal Certification Specialist
About The Position
We’re hiring a Seasonal Certification Specialist to join our Certification Program Services team. In this role, you will guide International Medical Graduates (IMGs) through the ECFMG Certification process, ensuring candidates meet all necessary requirements as they work toward practicing medicine in the United States. As a Seasonal Certification Specialist, you will assist with the day-to-day processing of medical credential requests for IMGs. This includes reviewing and evaluating certification applications and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies. Your processing efforts will contribute to maintaining accurate records for our ECFMG Certification applicants, stay informed about industry trends and changes in certification standards, and help promote awareness of the certification program.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a similar certification or compliance-focused role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong technology skills, with the ability and willingness to learn new digital tools
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
