Penner-Ash Wine Cellars is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join their small team for the 2026 harvest. This is a hands-on opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the winemaking process at a highly regarded Willamette Valley winery. The winery works with fruit from over twenty sustainably farmed vineyards across the Northern Willamette Valley, focusing on small-lot, vineyard-designate wines. In 2026, they anticipate processing approximately 200 tons, primarily Pinot Noir, along with Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier. As a small, collaborative team, interns gain exposure to the full scope of harvest work. Internships typically begin in late August with harvest prep, cleaning, and vineyard sampling, then shift to processing, fermentation work, cap management, pressing, and barreling down as fruit arrives. Harvest generally concludes between late October and early November.
