About The Position

As a Seasonal Cashier, you will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for. You will ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Your responsibilities will include completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises, and helping customers shop and locate products. You will also provide solutions to customer inquiries and engage them on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, completing enrollments as necessary. Additionally, you will assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

Requirements

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in shopping.

• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties.

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
• Interact positively and respectfully with others.
• Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
