About The Position

Positions range from permanent clinical float roles (Full time or Part Time) to Seasonal 13-week assignments with significantly higher base pay. The Cardiovascular Technologist RCIS and Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT are qualified by specific didactic, laboratory, with clinical technological education to perform various cardiovascular/peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school Allied Health Services Cardiovascular Technology Invasive Program with Certification AS (Associate of Science) degree.
• Completion of 500hrs PCI certified working in a Cardiac Cath Lab in Hospital with Open Heart Surgery program.
• Certification from accredited Allied Health Cardiovascular Technology Invasive Program.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Registry eligible with RCIS or ARRT RT (R).

Responsibilities

• Perform various cardiovascular/peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Work in a Cardiac Cath Lab in a Hospital with an Open Heart Surgery program.
