Seasonal Bulk Plant Operator (Sign-on Bonus)
About The Position
As a Seasonal Bulk Plant Operator, you will ensure the safe and reliable operation of the Irving Energy Bulk Plants by managing inventory stock balancing, terminal access, maintenance, and daily operational tasks. Your goal will be to supervise product movement and provide customer support for drivers while ensuring the facility operates safely and efficiently. Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Previous work experience in the oil or gas industry preferred
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Perform inventory stock balancing
- Manage staff, customer, and vendor entry to terminal
- Conduct PMI maintenance
- Provide driver support for building loads in automated loading system
- Issue, cancel, and re-issue driver entry cards
- Supervise product movements (truck, rail)
