About The Position

The Brand Representative (Sales Associate) at Altar'd State plays a crucial role in driving revenue and providing exceptional guest service. This part-time position focuses on relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean store environment. The representative is expected to achieve individual sales goals that contribute to the overall success of the store while embodying the brand's mission of giving back to the community.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through exceptional guest service and relationship building.
• Achieve individual sales associate goals that support store goals.
• Maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
• Assist in the construction of merchandising and window displays.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and sales associate tasks as directed by management.
• Perform register transactions quickly and efficiently, handling cash accurately.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents.
• Participate in the preparation for the store's inventory.
