About The Position

The Seasonal Brand Representative at Altar'd State is responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. This role focuses on building relationships with guests, maintaining a clean store, and achieving individual sales goals that contribute to overall store performance. The position is part-time and reports to store leadership, emphasizing a commitment to the brand's mission of giving back to the community.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through exceptional guest service and relationship building.
