About The Position

The Seasonal Brand Representative at Altar'd State is responsible for driving revenue and providing exceptional guest service in a retail environment. This role focuses on relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean store atmosphere. The Brand Representative will work closely with store leadership to achieve individual and store sales goals while embodying the brand's mission of giving back to the community.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through exceptional guest service and relationship building.
• Achieve individual sales goals that support overall store objectives.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
• Assist in the construction of merchandising and window displays.
• Complete opening and closing procedures as directed by management.
• Perform register transactions quickly and accurately, handling cash and providing change without error.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents to management.
• Participate in store inventory preparation and maintain accurate time records.
