About The Position

The Seasonal Brand Representative (Sales Associate) at Altar'd State plays a crucial role in driving revenue and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through exceptional guest service and relationship building.
• Achieve individual sales associate goals that support store objectives.
• Complete opening and closing procedures as directed by management.
• Locate merchandise effectively and maintain organization in the store.
• Perform register transactions quickly and accurately, handling cash and providing change without error.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents to management.
• Assist in the preparation for store inventory and maintain a safe work environment.
• Construct merchandising and window displays to enhance store presentation.
• Maintain a clean and presentable store environment and adhere to dress standards.
