Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or food service is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements, linens, and decorations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring that all items are fresh and appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area throughout the event.
• Provide excellent guest relations by promptly addressing any inquiries or requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow during events.
• Clear tables and reset for the next course or event as needed.
• Assist with bartending duties as required, including serving coffee and other beverages.
