About The Position
At Helzberg Diamonds, our Seasonal Associates play a vital role during the bustling holiday selling season. This position is not just about hourly pay; it also includes commissions and a special SEASONAL BONUS of an additional $1 for every hour worked from September 29th, 2024, through December 24th, 2024. To be eligible for this bonus, Seasonal Associates must remain actively employed until December 24th, 2024. Seasonal Associates may be assigned to either selling duties or office duties. Those in sales will be tasked with achieving individual sales goals that contribute to the store's overall sales and profit objectives. Providing superior customer service to clients is a key responsibility. On the other hand, office associates will support the daily operations of the store, helping to ensure that sales volume and profit goals are met. Flexibility is essential for this role, as Seasonal Associates must be available to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends, throughout the holiday season. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced retail environment while contributing to the success of the store during one of the busiest times of the year.
