About The Position
As a Seasonal Associate at Provident Bank, you will support the day-to-day operations of the department to which you are assigned while gaining hands-on experience in a professional banking environment. Seasonal Associate opportunities are aligned to specific departments and provide exposure to business operations, collaboration with team members, and interaction with senior leaders. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university, preferably studying Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Security, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong drive and motivation, with the ability to exercise sound judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
- Solid math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet short deadlines, multitask, and prioritize assignments effectively
- Occasional travel to corporate and satellite locations may be required.
