UniGroup’s Seasonal Associate roles support critical business functions during peak periods. Seasonal Associates are aligned to one primary area of support, based on business needs and individual strengths. What You Might Support: Depending on assignment, Seasonal Associates may: Assist teams with scheduling, coordination, and daily operational tasks Provide customer or agent support through phone, email, or internal systems Help track, document, and resolve issues in a timely and organized manner Support data entry, reporting, or basic analysis tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of related experience (customer service, administrative support, operations, or similar)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Comfort learning new systems and processes
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. UniGroup is unable to provide visa sponsorship or employment authorization support now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous seasonal or customer-facing experience
  • Interest in business operations, logistics, or customer experience
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office or similar tools
