About The Position

The Seasonal Associate works to achieve store sales and operational goals. They will support creating an authentic people experience both front and/or back of house. This role impacts the business and store environment positively, aligning with Store goals and ALO’s Guiding principles. The associate will drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing ALO’s Flow initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency, while also providing a friendly greeting and proactively approaching customers to understand their needs and support customer engagement.

Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing ALO’s Flow initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Provide a friendly greeting and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support customer engagement.
• Process customer transactions and returns in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Educate on guest-facing initiatives on the floor based on knowledge of store goals, company communications, initiatives, and new product launches.
• Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in processing shipment in a timely manner.
• Support replenishment on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Ensure all front and back of house procedures are executed in accordance with company Policy & Procedures.
• Perform other tasks as needed to keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and operating efficiently.
