The Seasonal Associate works to achieve store sales and operational goals. They will support creating an authentic people experience both front and/or back of house. This role impacts the business and store environment positively, aligning with store goals and ALO's guiding principles. The associate will drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing ALO's Flow initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency, provide a friendly greeting, and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support customer engagement.
