Seasonal Associate - Famous Footwear

As a Famous Footwear Seasonal Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running like a tightly laced sneaker.
• Champion the Famous culture by embodying the behaviors that power Customer Connection.
• Provide stellar customer engagement, leaving customers wowed with consistently top-notch experiences.
• Review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency to achieve goals.
• Deliver clear, concise and timely communications to the entire store team.
• Act with integrity by sticking to company policies and procedures.
• Embrace diversity and inclusivity, maintaining a positive and proactive mindset.
• Assist with training and development of teammates when needed.
• Make shoe recommendations and ensure customers leave with the perfect fit.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers.
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
