The Assistant Cook supports daily food service operations by helping prepare meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring guests receive safe, high-quality food. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and serving people in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation (chopping, portioning, prepping ingredients)
- Help cook and serve meals according to menus and dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep areas, equipment, and dining spaces
- Wash dishes, cookware, and utensils
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
- Support special events, group meals, and high-volume service as needed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and hospitality staff
