Requirements

• Excellent horse handling skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to lift 75 -100 lbs.
• Ability to restrain up to 1,200 lbs.
• Equine experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Holds/restrains horses for examinations, x-rays, and treatments.
• Performs treatments ordered by the veterinarian.
• Maintains accurate patient charts and documents observations.
• Properly interprets veterinary instructions.
• Sets up for basic procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and stock in the veterinary vehicle.
• Completes other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
