• Host store parties and initiatives to promote community engagement and traffic.
• Expand product knowledge through ongoing learning and stay updated on product benefits.
• Utilize Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and improve performance.
• Encourage open communication and foster a sense of belonging among team members.
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing store to enhance the shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for operations and health and safety.
