About The Position

Actively participate in the efficient and safe production of fertilizers and related products. Contribute to the overall success of the cooperative by achieving production targets and supporting company initiatives. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the blending of fertilizers according to customer specifications and production schedules.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of production tasks.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and cleaning.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and best practices.
• Participate in safety training and meetings as required.
• Perform general maintenance duties as assigned, such as cleaning work areas and assisting with other production tasks.
• Assist with all other duties as assigned.
