Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills and math skills
• Must have experience overseeing logistics operations and would prefer agricultural experience
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and have good finger and leg dexterity

Responsibilities

• Assist in blending fertilizer to customer’s specifications in a timely manner
• Maintain and clean equipment on a regular schedule
• Receive and maintain inventory
• Report any faulty equipment or product to appropriate personnel
• Attend product training, merchandising, and cooperative meetings as required
• General maintenance of overall equipment
• All other duties assigned
