We are looking for ambitious, high-calibre graduates to join our executive search team. This role is ideal for individuals who are intellectually curious, commercially aware, and motivated to build a career in a professional services environment. You do not need prior experience in executive search - we will provide structured training and hands-on development. Executive search is about insight, research, and relationship-building. You will learn how to: Analyse industries and markets Identify high-performing senior leaders Engage executives with confidence and professionalism Assess leadership capability against strategic business needs From early on, you will work closely with experienced Consultants and gain exposure to Director, Senior Director and VP-level stakeholders across global organisations.

Requirements

  • A recent graduate (or graduating this year) with strong academic performance
  • Demonstrated ambition and a desire to build a long-term career
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
  • Resilience, confidence, and professionalism
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and digital research tools

Responsibilities

  • Support detailed role briefings with clients alongside senior team members
  • Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and talent identification
  • Approach and engage senior executives professionally and confidently
  • Conduct structured candidate screening conversations
  • Assist in preparing client updates and market intelligence reports
  • Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation
  • Support business development research initiatives
