We’re looking for a versatile, analytically minded digital marketer to support and advance our SEO/GEO and Paid Search programs. This role blends on-page and content-focused SEO work with meaningful contributions to paid search execution, performance analysis, and test management to help move the business’ overall Search program forward. The ideal candidate has a solid grasp of SEO and/or SEM fundamentals (we will bring candidates up to speed if they are lacking in one area or the other), a strong comfort level working with data across multiple platforms, and a proactive point of view that moves beyond reporting to identifying insights and opportunities for performance. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and the ability to partner effectively with teams across content, analytics, and operations. You should thrive in a fast-moving environment, be eager to learn new channels and tools (including generative AI and paid search), and feel confident contributing ideas that help improve performance across our acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of core SEO best practices (on-page, content optimization, keyword research).
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Familiarity with paid search platforms and campaign management fundamentals (Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to form and communicate a point of view based on data.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Detail-oriented approach to reporting, QA, and campaign hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • SEO / GEO Conduct keyword and prompt research, including mining, segmentation, and mapping.
  • Perform competitive and gap analyses to identify opportunities for visibility and growth.
  • Execute on-page optimizations (metadata, internal linking, content structure).
  • Support content strategy through research, ideation, and ongoing performance insights.
  • Pull and synthesize performance data from GA4 and other analytics/SEO tools to develop initial reports.
  • Assist with content-side SEO/GEO execution and optimization.
  • Work within CMS workflows and apply basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript as needed for light optimization tasks.
  • Leverage generative AI tools for research, ideation, prompt development, and content support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, analytics, operations, and other teams to drive cohesive execution.
  • Paid Search Assist with campaign builds and structural setup, including support for large-scale initiatives.
  • Maintain ongoing campaign hygiene/identify opportunities for improvement, including negative keyword management and ad copy refreshes.
  • Pull, clean, and organize data from multiple platforms; translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Provide informed POVs on performance trends and opportunities, not solely raw reporting.
  • Support test management, including monitoring test performance against hypotheses and keeping track of test progress.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure paid search aligns with broader business objectives.
