  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that elevate the role of search in the customer journey and media mix, collaborating with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience in local listings management, comprehensive keyword research, content gap analysis, and SERP feature tracking to inform content strategy and maximize organic visibility.
  • Partner with web development and content teams to ensure SEO and AEO-friendly website design, performance, and accessibility, resulting in improved site rankings and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve search rankings, conversions, and domain authority.
  • Focus on positioning for success in emerging engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
  • Direct agency partners and integrate paid search strategies with organic efforts.
  • Data analysis, reporting, and strategy development.
  • Support search initiatives and competitive analysis.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure search content and ads meet regulatory standards and industry guidelines.
  • Website optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Experience or strong curiosity around Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Artificial Intelligence's role in the evolving LLM landscape
  • Solid understanding of SEM and digital media channels
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Familiarity with industry tools such as Yext, SEMRush, Looker, Uberall, and others
  • Hands-on experience in WordPress, with working knowledge of HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and/or CSS considered a plus
  • 6+ years' work experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a regulated industry (preferably healthcare). Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing search strategies in complex, compliance-driven environments.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, hardworking, and possesses a growth mindset.
  • Proven problem-solver who thinks holistically to optimize results and enhance internal communication.
  • Independent worker with strong time management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator orally and in writing, with the ability to effectively engage colleagues, doctors, agency partners, and present to non-marketing constituents.
  • Hands-on experience in WordPress, with working knowledge of HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and/or CSS considered a plus
