Responsibilities
- Sew with Precision: Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, hem, stitch, or repair fabric components per specifications.
- Follow Patterns & Specs: Read and interpret patterns, measurements, and production instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect & Adjust: Perform quality checks on seams and finishes; make corrections to maintain production standards.
- Support Production Flow: Keep pace with daily production goals while maintaining high attention to detail and consistency.
- Maintain Equipment: Perform basic maintenance on sewing machines and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Collaborate & Assist: Work as part of a team to meet order deadlines and assist in related tasks such as material prep, cutting, or packing.
