The position involves providing a high level of internal guest service to all uniformed Team Members, ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous assistance. The role includes operating sewing machines, performing hand stitching and embroidery, inspecting and repairing uniforms, and creating uniforms from patterns. Additionally, the position requires taking measurements and providing alterations, maintaining other articles such as linens and draperies, and issuing uniforms to Team Members while completing all required documentation per departmental guidelines. The individual will also be responsible for ordering uniforms to ensure adequate inventory and availability, maintaining cleanliness and safety of the wardrobe area, selecting appropriate patterns, materials, and equipment, assisting in laundry operations when required, and supporting distribution tasks including bag handling and dry cleaning check-in. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
