Nice To Haves

Mending/alteration experience required.
Prior experience working in a similar position.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Mending of guest clothes / uniforms.
Continual maintenance of sewing machines, i.e. cleaning, oiling. etc. Report any defects to the Housekeeping Manager.
Fit and alter uniforms for all new employees.The ability to inspect and repair any uniform, linen, drapery, bedspread or casement whenever needed.
Service all sewing and tailoring needs for any guests for any and all types of materials.
Keep accurate records regarding each uniform on property.
Receiving, issuing, and inventory of all uniforms.
Oversee uniform room ensuring it is clean and tidy.
Works harmoniously and professionally with Co-workers, Supervisors, and Managers.
