About The Position
The Seamstress works with a variety of customers and operates various sewing equipment performing basic sewing and clothing repair including but not limited to straight sewing, mending, replacing zippers, hemming garments, sewing on patches and buttons, altering formal dresses and gowns, and other related duties.
Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Candidate will possess good organizational skills
- be able to meet deadlines
- able to prioritize deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating a sewing machine, baster, serger, hemmer, and steam press is strongly preferred, but willing to train.
